Website Privacy Notice

Information you give us

When you request a demo or prepare for one, you may provide your name, contact and company details, and information about your operations. We use it to respond to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration, and communicate with you about FactoryEdge. The optional preparation link contains a private access token; treat it like a password and share it only with people you trust.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information about your browser and visits. We configure page addresses to omit query strings and fragments and do not intentionally send demo form answers or private preparation links to Analytics. Google may process information in the United States or other countries; see Google's privacy policy.

When you arrive through a campaign link, we may use its campaign labels and landing page for up to 90 days and include them with a demo request to understand which marketing brought you to us. Your browser may retain expired campaign data until you revisit or clear website data. Please do not put personal information in campaign links.

We do not load Analytics when your browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal to this website. You can also turn off Analytics for this browser below. This choice is stored in your browser; clearing its website data removes it. The choice stops future Analytics collection in this browser but does not erase information already received by Google.

Service providers and operational data

We use service providers to operate the website and handle demo requests, including Google for hosted fonts and Analytics. Website and infrastructure providers may receive technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect their services. We retain information as needed to respond to requests, operate and secure our services, and meet applicable obligations.

Questions and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact Parable Software, Inc. dba FactoryEdge at fe-sales@factoryedge.com or 310-643-9656. We may need to verify your request.

Our internal operational text messaging program has a separate SMS Privacy Policy.
